Village Heights Community Centre - 23 June 2016.

 This is a working relationship with Village Heights Community Centre,
Prospur Spar, Plumstead, Projects Abroad, J.A.M, V.P.P.U 
and Zandvlei Trust.

 


Feeding the children to day. The Projects Abroad delivers bread rolls from the Prospur Spar Supermarket, Plumstead. The porridge is sponsored by J.A.M and supplied by the V.P.P.U.

The word has gone out that the porridge is being handed out to the children today. They have
arrived with their containers or bread packets to put the dry porridge in. It is mixed with cold or
warm water and then ready to eat.

Usually the smallest are served first. They have to wait for their elder sibblings to receive theirs
first, so that the little ones dont go rushing off home and get lost.
